Package delivery information
- For delivery addresses in Hungary
If you request home delivery or choose a parcel point, the parcels will be delivered by our partner, GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. (2351 Alsónémedi, GLS Európa u. 2.; hereinafter: GLS), or in accordance with Government Decree 685/2023. (XII. 29.), our Customers can also choose the parcel delivery service of Magyar Posta (MPL Home Delivery).
Package turnaround time
GLS
GLS delivers packages on working days, between 8:00 and 17:00.
If the recipient places their order by 12:00 on a business day, the package will be delivered on the next business day .
If an order is placed after 12:00 on a business day, the product will be delivered on the 2nd business day following.
If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the package will be delivered on the 2nd business day following.
MPL
In the case of MPL package delivery, the delivery time is according to the regulations of Magyar Posta.
Parcel delivery fees
GLS Home Delivery: 1,790 HUF
MPL Home Delivery: 2.990 HUF
GLS Parcel Point: 1,190 HUF
GLS shipping is FREE for orders over 20,000 HUF.
Cash on delivery
The recipient has the option to choose cash on delivery when placing the order. Cash on delivery is free of charge. The recipient can pay cash on delivery with cash or bank card. A receipt will be provided for the amount of the cash on delivery paid with a bank card. Payment can be made with the following credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express.
Cash on delivery payment method is not available for collection at the Nest-On showroom in Budapest, only online payment or PayPal.
Flexible delivery
GLS Home Delivery offers flexible delivery, which means three delivery attempts. When the package is sent, the recipient is notified by email that their package will be delivered on the next business day. The email contains the package number and any COD amount. On the morning of the delivery day, the recipient receives a notification, which includes the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number and a 3-hour time window for the expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an email notification is sent to the recipient. Through the link provided in the email, the recipient can record a delivery order, in which they can request delivery at a new time, to a different address, personal package collection at a GLS Package Point selected from a specific list, or refuse to receive the package.
GLS Parcel Point
There are more than 3,050 GLS collection points (parcel machines and parcel points) to choose from in more than 630 settlements across the country. Parcels can be collected according to the opening hours of the selected collection point.
